Sun Fire V250 Codename: Enchilada 2P Tower

Notes

  1. The minimum operating system is Solaris 8 7/03 or Solaris 9 8/03.

Memory Notes

  1. Bank, Rank, DIMM, and XOR Interleaving is supported.
  2. UltraSPARC IIIi supports single bank and dual bank DDR DIMMs.
  3. Two DIMMs of the same bank size (single or dual) and memory size form a bank.
  4. The minimum requirement is two DIMMs per CPU (DIMM 0/1 or 2/3, and 4/5 or 6/7).
  5. Only CPU 0 DIMMs are accessible in a single CPU system (CPU 0).
  6. Memory is mapped globally and is accessible by either CPU in a dual-CPU system.
  7. Memory error reporting identifies a failing Bank, not a single failing DIMM.
