Notes

  1. Use an 8mm nutdriver (or 5/16") to remove the Bus bar retaining nuts.
  2. Pre-production systems use four M5 Nuts instead of two Screws and two Nuts.
  3. Each pre-production Bus Bar has two M5 studs.
  4. Each production Bus Bar has one M5 stud and one M4 PEM nut.
  5. Flange Nut 240-5984 replaced Cap Nut 240-4799 in October 2006. (WO_34488)
  6. Flange Nut 240-5984 includes a Polyamid insert. Tighten to 18 in/lb or 2.0 Nm.
  7. Nut 240-5984 was added to PDB and System Board FRUs in December 2006.
  8. Manual 819-5035 was added to PDB and System Board FRUs in December 2006.
