1. The minimum OS is Solaris 2.5.1 HW: 11/97 or 2.6 HW: 3/98.
2. This module requires Ultra 5/10 OBP >=3.25v1.
3. This module was not tested with System Board 375-0009.
4. This module shipped with System Boards 375-0079 and 375-0115.
5. The 501-7094 was released in October 2005. (WO_31033 to support Ratheon)
